Refunds for VPS and Dedicated Hosting Plans

  • Partial refunds for VPS or Dedicated Server plans may be considered only if requested within the Money-Back Guarantee period and no significant usage of resources has occurred.
  • Refunds for plans with custom configurations are not eligible.

Annual and Multi-Year Plans

If you cancel an annual or multi-year hosting plan within the Money-Back Guarantee period, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of the plan. After the Money-Back Guarantee period, refunds are not available for unused time.

Domain-Related Services

Domain registration, transfer, and renewal fees are non-refundable as these are third-party services. If your hosting plan includes a free domain name, the retail cost of the domain name will be deducted from your refund.

Add-ons and Software Licenses

Refunds for additional services, such as software licenses or premium add-ons, are not available once activated or delivered.


5. No Refunds for Downtime or Interruptions
